I don’t work here just for the pay ... rather consider this job as a great way to give back to the community
this is the Best Summer Temp job Ever!
Cottage Manager (Current Employee) - Fairbanks, AK - May 29, 2019
Its a job anyone with thick skin and a big heart for kids can do. It will challenge you everyday. I had/have a great experience working here and would encourage anyone looking to get their foot in the door in mental health for children to apply. My best advice is to come into work everyday with a good mind set and a hard work ethic.

Family Centered Services, aka Boys and Girls Home, is where I began my career and became my home. I learned everything in regard to being a supervisor and providing the best care possible to those who need it most. I am forever grateful for Family Centered Services.

Working environment was kind of stressful due to the type of service we provided but I still enjoyed feeling like I was helping with the youth of my community.
