Human Resources (HR) The HR Director, Lonnie Hovde, is responsible for management of employment policies and practices, ensuring fair and equitable treatment of employees, compliance with regulatory agencies, and conducting or making arrangements to meet all staff training needs. The Human Resource Department is committed to providing excellent service by partnering with management to recruit and retain a highly qualified and divers staff, facilitate positive employee relations, and train employees to enhance skills, performance and job satisfaction. Human Resources creates and implements programs to increase organizational effectiveness, and delivers fair and competitive benefit and compensation programs.
